What we collect through this website

Contact form: name, email, optional phone, nationality, country of residence, the service and route you're interested in, timeline, household size and your message. We do not collect identity-document numbers, health information or criminal-record information through the website.

Route finder: your answers stay in your browser. They are sent to us only if you choose “Send my answers with my enquiry”, in which case they are processed with your enquiry for the same purpose.

Purposes and legal bases

Replying to your enquiry and preparing a consultation — steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Occasional updates about moving to Spain — only if you tick the optional box (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw at any time.

Processors and transfers

We use these providers to run the website and handle enquiries: Vercel (website hosting, with processing in the EU region), Brevo (enquiry emails and contact lists), Google Workspace (email and Google Meet video calls) and Calendly (consultation booking). Calendly receives the name, email and answers you give when you book, together with your enquiry reference.
